The MVC101 completes the product line of HD Decoder PCI-cards towards professional applications like D-Cinema, post-production and high-quality presentation. Being compatible to the MVC100, the MVC101 shares the same SDK and requires the same PC-platform. Thus, customer can select flexible between MVC100 and MVC101 for his target application, effectively reducing time and cost for the setup. The SDK supports Windows(R) and Linux OS on standard and server PC-platforms. The secondary SDI/HD-SDI video output can be used e.g. for monitoring purposes. All relevant SDI and HD-SDI video formats are supported including 24psf at bitrates up to 80 Mbps for quality-driven appliances.
